In an emergency maintenance situation, your safety and well-being are our top priority at our apartment complex. If you encounter an urgent maintenance issue that requires immediate attention, here’s what you should do:

Contact our Emergency Maintenance Line: We have a dedicated 24/7 emergency maintenance hotline for urgent situations. Call this number immediately to report the issue, and our on-call maintenance team will be alerted.

Provide Detailed Information: When calling, be sure to provide as much detail as possible about the nature of the emergency. This will help our maintenance team to assess the situation accurately and respond swiftly.

In dangerous situations like gas leaks, electrical problems, or flooding, put safety first for yourself and others. Evacuate the area if necessary and await further instructions from our maintenance team or emergency services.

Rest assured that we have trained professionals ready to handle emergency maintenance promptly. Your comfort and safety are of utmost importance to us, and we’ll work diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Tenants can be held responsible for damages caused by them or visitors invited to the property. Any maintenance or repairs to apartment units or the common areas due to normal wear and tear, code compliance, or general habitability are the responsibility of Lantower Residential.

For emergency service requests, please call the office. Non-emergency requests for maintenance services can be completed through your resident portal or by calling the office and selecting the appropriate prompts.

Applications are processed by a third-party screening agency; applicants who are approved without conditions can expect their application to be processed within 72 business hours and applicants that are approved with conditions may take up to 5 business days to process.

You will be able to add on a roommate if preferred or can have a guarantor be added to your application.

If for some reason your application is not approved and is denied, you will receive a notice/letter via email automatically to let you know. If you are denied, your admin fee is refundable via check. However, your application fee is non-refundable.

You will receive a renewal offer 75 days before your current lease expires. If you have questions, please email our Central Financial Team at cft@lantowerliving.com.

Notify your leasing professional prior to the original move-date to avoid lease cancellation. Additionally, because rental rates are dependent on factors such as move-date, you must contact your agent for an updated quote and terms.

Typically, it will take approximately 4 weeks, depending on the nature of your move-out. Security deposits will be refunded in the amount that is remaining after your final utility bill and any fees/charges from your move-out, i.e. trash left behind, belongings, damage to apartment, etc.
